Privacy Policy

The information obtained on the intake form and during all appointments will be kept strictly confidential. Jennifer Haessler, BScH, ND will be the only person to review the files, and information will not be released to any other party, except following written authorization by the involved patient. All files will be stored in a locked cabinet at the Haessler Naturopathic office. Patients are permitted to review and/or correct information contained within their files at any time, upon request. All patient files will be kept by Haessler Naturopathic for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the last visit, at which time they will be shredded. Any questions or concerns regarding the information practices of Haessler Naturopathic should be directed to Jennifer Haessler, BScH, ND.
