Prior to your first visit

Please go to the Downloads page and download the following forms and complete them before your first visit. The naturopathic intake package is thorough, as it is important to have a full health history in order to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan for you. The forms will take about 15 minutes to fill out.

your first visit (75-90 minutes) –
$135 + GST (adults); $120 + GST (children, students and seniors)
The initial visit consists of an in-depth review of your health concerns and goals, as well as a naturopathic assessment. The information gathered will be used to create an individualized wellness plan for you.

your follow-up visits (45 minutes) –
$75 + GST (adults); $65 (children, students and seniors)
Follow-up visits are scheduled to monitor your progress and, if necessary, to refine and expand your plan of care. As you notice improvements in your health, the focus will turn to health maintenance through the development of a personalized prevention plan.

The frequency of your visits will depend on the pace of your progress, the type of therapy you choose and the amount of support you need to implement your plan of care.

Lab Services:

Blood Typing – $10
Determines if blood type is A, B, AB or O

Detoxification Capacity Profile – $145 US
Urine and saliva test to determine ability of key detoxifying pathways to eliminate chemicals. (www.metametrix.com)

Food Allergy Testing (Blood Spot IgG) – $235
Tests for delayed sensitivity reactions to 96 different foods. (www.rmalab.com)

Hair Analysis – $70
Analyses hair for the presence of heavy metals and quantity of minerals

Hormone Testing – $225 (5 hormones); $50 (individual hormones)
Measures saliva levels of estrogens, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol and DHEA. (www.rmalab.com)

Organic Acids – $280US (complete) or $180US (without the dysbiosis profile)
Urine test which measures markers for B-complex vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, amino acids, environmental toxin exposure, and dysbiosis (bacterial and yeast overgrowth). (www.metametrix.com)

In-office Urinalysis – $50 for all tests
Assesses calcium levels, adrenal function, vitamin C status, markers for disease processes, zinc levels, free radical activity and bowel toxicity.

Vitamin B12 Injections – $15
Increases body vitamin B12 stores.
